PANAREA

Panarea is the smallest island of the Aeolian archipelago and is an incredible source of naturalistic and archaeological secrets.

Possible excursions:

  • Hunting for Mediterranean scents.

Our path starts in the northeast area of Panrea, above the Calcara beach where we can observe smoking holes that give particular colour to the stones. Than we will start “climbing” to the Timpone del Corvo (421mt) from where is possible to see an impressive landscape of the islands…the way down is along a cliff surrounded by a gorgeous smelling mediterranean bush until we reach Calajunco and the bronze age village of Punta Milazzese, and back to the harbor.
